These terms apply to your use of gentogen.in and to quotations issued by Gentogen Technologies (“we”, “us”).
Website information
Information on this website is for general guidance. Product details, availability and prices may change without notice. Prices are confirmed only in a written quotation.
Quotations and orders
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Prices are subject to GST as applicable. An order is accepted when you confirm the quotation in writing and we confirm it back.
Warranty and returns
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty service is provided as per the manufacturer’s policy. Goods once sold are not returned or exchanged except as per the manufacturer’s or our written policy.
Services and AMC
Support services and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are provided under the AMC Form & Terms or Service Level Agreement signed with the customer.
Data
Customers are responsible for taking their own data backups before any service or repair.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
Indian law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
