Questions we often get
What does an AMC include?
Our Basic plan covers remote support and troubleshooting with periodic health checks. Standard adds scheduled on-site visits, network, backup and antivirus monitoring, and patching. Premium adds priority response and Windows Server / Active Directory management. The exact scope and fee are written in your quotation.
Do you work with small offices of 5–20 PCs?
Yes. We have a simple two-page AMC form with terms for small offices, and a full SLA agreement for larger or server-based setups. You can download the AMC form from the AMC Plans section.
How quickly do you respond?
Response targets depend on the plan and are stated in writing in your AMC or SLA. For example, our AMC form lists remote support within 4 business hours and on-site visits for faults within 24 business hours, depending on the plan.
Which areas do you cover?
On-site visits are across Mumbai. For locations outside Mumbai, call us and we will tell you what we can do remotely.
Are the products genuine, and do I get a written quotation?
Yes. We supply genuine products and every order starts with a written quotation that confirms the exact model, specification, price and availability.
Do you offer a security review for AI and data protection?
Yes. Our Security Health Check reviews logins, devices, servers, email, backups, data access and AI tool usage, and gives you a written report with prioritised fixes. Pricing is a custom quote. You can see the sample checklist in the Security section.
